Issued in two separate flipback sleeves. Mono and stereo versions have an identical sleeve and the same number on the back (S\/T4221 and S\/T4222) - the mono version has \"T-4221\" and \"T-4222\" on beige 'strobe' labels, while the stereo has \"ST-4221\" and \"ST-4222\" on green 'strobe' labels. Unusually for the time, the stereo was issued with a small \"S\" sticker on the front of the sleeve, with no printed \"stereo\" rosette on the back.
