Notes:
Australian WRC pressing, sourced from original stampers and featuring unique sleeve art. Not issued in stereo. From the WRC News, this was originally chosen for release as a Treasure* in New South Wales and Queensland, but was issued as an Extra to bring the release forward in line with Victoria and Tasmanian members…(* The World Record Treasures series. The monthly newsletter had an Eastern Edition and a Western Edition, Different release formats in various states of Australia may turn out to have been another facet of the club, discoverable only by comparing the news editions). Reissued in July 1961 (the first edition is likely to have no groove guard, whereas the one here does have it - a slight lip around the rim of the disc). Issued again in April 1962, as a 'dividend' release, offered at a low price (15 shillings, instead of the regular 35) for club members who had bought one LP or more in the previous 12 months (the 1962 edition is likely to have the words "The Griffin Press" in small letters at bottom right on the back cover).
