Reissued at least three times - the sleeve and label layout is the same on all, but they are in different colours - yellow, green, tan and blue-grey. The green and the yellow are the most common, and were no doubt the first issued. Also issued on cassette. The usual \"stereo\" is on the bottom left of the blue 'herald' labels, and the stereo rosette appears on the back of the sleeve, but the matrix numbers are mono, and it does have \"mono\" at the top of the labels.
