Australian WRC first pressing for The Record Society. The LP is housed in the right side of the gatefold, with the sleeve opening inside at the centre. The back of the gatefold flap is blank, and two two-sided pages are affixed to it at the centre. Not issued in stereo. First advertised for release in February 1961, it was offered again in April 1962, as a 'dividend' LP for World Record Club members, and as a Supplementary release for Record Society members in December 1962 - unlikely to be any pressing variations. It was reissued by WRC, with new artwork in a single sleeve, in February 1966 and February 1967, as part of a "Music of the 20th Century" promotion. The Record Society (Aust.) Pty.
