"Transferred to L.P. in Paris in 1957 on master numbers 2XEA10121 and 10122. First issue on this transfer in September 1957 on record number COLH29 in the " Gravures Illustres " series in France. Issued in England in May, 1958, in the " Great Recordings of the Century " series. Re-mastered for World Record Club, 1974.

Australian WRC 1st pressing, sourced from original stampers and featuring unique sleeve art. "3223" on sleeve and gold 'herald' labels. The labels feature tall narrow headers, with all text in bold non-italic font - the standard 1974 style. The address on the back is obscured by a low positioning of the text on the back of the sleeve, but is undoubtedly -
