Released during the transition from the "S/" numbering to the "R-", it has both numbers on the front of the insert, as "R 02012 (6585-6-7)", with the labels using the new system, viz. "R-02012", "R-02013" and "R-02014". Tall narrow header font on labels. Not issued on other formats. Reissued in May 1977 with blue font on the front (green here) and different label layouts.
