Notes:

1887/90 Mixed Version, edited by Robert Haas [1939. Recorded 23-25 May 1957. Australian WRC pressing for The Record Society. The LP is housed in the right side of the gatefold, with the sleeve opening inside at the centre. The back of the gatefold flap is blank, and a two-sided page is affixed to it at the centre. Mono and stereo versions have identical artwork - the mono version has "6031-1" and "6032-2" on pink/grey labels, while the stereo has "S-6032-1" and "S-6032-2" on green/grey labels. The stereo was issued with a large "S" sticker on the front of the sleeve. Offered to World Record Club members in December 1961 (pressing variations, if any, unknown), and reissued by the Record Society in a plain sleeve in May 1962. The Record Society (Aust.) Pty.
