"Rock Steady" - This song was originally recorded by Bonnie Raitt and Adams as a duet for Bonnie's live record in 1995. This is the original demo tape. Recording for this song was done at the Warehouse Studio in early 1994 before the writing for the new album "18 Til I Die" had started.

"If Ya Wanna Be Bad Ya Gotta Be Good" - This is a demo of a song written at the same time as "Rock Steady"
Both these songs were co-written with Gretchen Peters.
The other song written at this time was "Hey Elvis" wich appeared as a "b" side of "The Only Thing That Looks GooD On Me Is You".

"Hey Little Girl" - This song was one of the first songs written for the album "18 Til I Die". Recording for this song was done the Warehouse Studio mobile unit in a house in Jamaica in the Autumn 1994.
