Notes:

Australian WRC 1st pressing, sourced from original stampers and featuring unique sleeve art. Issued as an 'ambassador' LP, offered free to club members as a reward for recruiting new members. Later (January 1965) offered as a 'dividend' release, offered at a low price (18 shillings) for club members who had bought one LP or more in the previous 12 months

Mono and stereo versions have an identical sleeve and the same number on the back (FW/83) - the mono version has "FW-83" on beige 'strobe' labels, while the stereo has "SFW-83" on green 'strobe' labels. The stereo was issued with a small "S" sticker on the front of the sleeve.

The first pressing has 330 as the number for Flinders Lane, and has only two publisher icons on the side 1 label.
