Notes:

Recorded 15–18 April 1958. "An H.M.V. recording, issued exclusively in Australia by World Record Club." Australian WRC 1st pressing, sourced from original stampers and featuring unique sleeve art. Issued in separate flipback sleeves. Mono and stereo versions have identical sleeves with the same number on the back (S/T4153 and S/T4154) - the mono version has "T-4153" and "T-4154" on beige 'strobe' labels, while the stereo has "ST-4153" and "ST-4154" on green 'strobe' labels. The stereo was issued with a small "S" sticker on the front of the sleeve. No "stereo" rosette on the back.
