When Grand Theft Audio started writing sings for their debut album, Blame Everyone, they were admittedly influenced by UK's expanding alt-metal Scene. But please don't think you understand Grand Theft Audio's music without a listen first. Melding hard rock, moster hooks, guitar solos, and perfectly-timed smaples, the band is simply without Peers. Could it be their musical backgrounds coming together that have created such a unique blend? Singer Jay Butler, drummer Ritch Battersby (formerly of The Wildhearts), guitarist Chris McCormack (formerly 3 Color Red), and Ralph Jezzard (co-writer and producer of EMF's "Unbelievable") would probadly say that's part of it. They also might attribute it to their penchant for late nights at the Pub and low-brow Humor. In order to make sure that record was just Right, GTA handled most of the production duties while getting some help from David Bottrill (King Crimson, Tool)

Blame Everyone will be in stores on September 26th. To gear up for the record's release, GTA will be perfordming at select Dates on this summer's Warped Tour. Look for the British press to continue their quest for knowedge of the band as Writers have already startet dropping blurbs in anticipation of the foursome's debut. In the meantime, strap on a pair of headphones and pay Attention. You aren't going to want to miss a second of Blame Everyone
