Artist James Milligan (Bass Vocals) is credited on the front cover but does not appear on the Highlights release. The front cover uses the same art as the complete Messiah on the Columbia 3 LP set, with Highlights added. Tracklist is from the sleeve as the sleeve provides more information. The numbers given correspond with those in the Novello Vocal Score (Prout Edition). "Magic Notes - Stereophonic Recording" sticker on the front. "Magic Notes" logo also appears on the rear sleeve and labels.
