Notes:
"An ARIOLA-EURODISC recording, released in Australia exclusively by World Record Club." Australian WRC 1st pressing, sourced from original stampers and featuring unique sleeve art. "S/5042" on sleeve, "S-5042" on labels. The first pressing is identifiable by the catalogue number on the label - "S-5042" in a squat, squarish font on both sides. The 365 Camberwell address, with Victoria abbreviated to "Vic.", was in active use from December 1971 to October 1972 (although it is unchanged on later reissues of LPs from this period). WRC catalogues were running to a pattern - first LPs of the month were classical, last ones non-classical, but this one slipped through after a Kenneth McKellar... World Record Club: Registered Office - 365 Camberwell Road, Hartwell, Vic.
