8-page insert contains cast list, tracklisting, notes and photographs of Treptow as Tristan and Konetzni as the Empress (Die Frau ohne Schatten). The tracklist gives no durations; I have listed the CD times with the help of a CD player.

There are some typos and errors, which I have reproduced above and note here:
1. Karl Kamann's name is spelt correctly in the insert, but on the front cover inlay is "Kaman".
2. A number of cue lines in the tracklist end in a floating comma.
3. Track 3: "Ladsknecht" should be "Landsknecht".
4. The tracklist in the insert has evidently picked up interference from one of Myto's recordings of Bellini's Norma. The track description at 1-12 should read

5.  Track 1-13 should read

6. While the insert credits Otto Lindemann with the libretto ("Text von"), it is in fact by the composer. Lindemann was responsible for the published piano reduction, and the ambiguous phrasing on its cover ("mit deutschem Text von") may have misled the compilers of the Myto insert. See Zauner, Waltraud, "Studien zu den musikalischen Bühnenwerken von Julius Bittner I", Studien zur Musikwissenschaft 38 (1987), pp. 135-214 (p.166).
