WRC 1st pressing. Mono and stereo versions have an identical flipback sleeve and the same number on the back (S/T844) - the mono version has "T-4200" on beige 'strobe' labels, while the stereo has "ST-4200" on green 'strobe' labels. There is a printed "stereo" rosette on the back, and the mono has a red sticker with "mono" placed over this (though these tend to drop off with age). Issued again (in stereo only) in July 1968 (when it was first issued on reel-to-reel), and early 1970, as part of an "all-time best sellers" promotion. The 1st pressing is identifiable by the addresses on the rear of the sleeve:
