This CD single is housed in a slim double jewel case with room for part 2 (which was issued separately in a cardboard sleeve).

There's also an Australasian version of '[r=5008072' with "Part 2 includes versions of songs previously unavailable" printed at the bottom right of the front cover, which includes the CD singles for both parts 1 & 2.

The jewel case front for Part 1 has a rectangular red hype sticker with white text which reads:
"This package contains 1 CD of a limited edition 2 part set
Part 2 available separately
5806212".

The catalogue number '580 621-2' is printed on the disc and tray artwork, while the cat# variation '5806212' is printed on the spines and hype sticker.
