Notes:

Side A and B labels are large versions (printed over a multi-colour background) of the stylised circle "logo" image of the cover model over the diner-crockery New York skyline (three-colour versions of this logo are printed on the inner sleeves and on the rear of the outer sleeve).  The background colour is designed so as to make it appear that the waitress-statue is standing in the setting sun.  The side A label has the front image (in light) of the model over the skyline, and the side B label has the rear image (in shadow) of the model without the background skyline.

In the matrix no.s in the runout grooves on both sides, a character is scratched out before the "◁" (a left-pointing white isosceles triangle).
