Recorded in London on 1, 16 and 22 May 1962.

Australian WRC 2nd pressing, sourced from original stampers and featuring unique sleeve art. Flipback sleeve. Issued as a 'dividend' release, offered at a low price (15 shillings, instead of the regular 35) for club members who had bought one LP or more in the previous 12 months.

The second pressing has "Lansdowne Jazz Series" in non-italic font on the labels, and the publisher icons are on three lines - one on the top line, two in each line underneath, aand no sense of crowding them: this, the more elegant layout, suggests a revision, likely as part of the same pressing run (no reissues have turned up in club literature). The labels have a slightly brighter tone. The sleeve is identical.
