Christmas occurs in Australia during the summer, therefore the dry hot weather makes the occasion very different compared to countries in the Northern Hemisphere. "The bush" is an Australian term that refers to undeveloped areas of land [1. 


𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿:

The red flowers are from a gum tree called Eucalyptus leucoxylon, sub-species megalocarpa [2. 
This tree is found in a small area of southern Australia. 


𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿: 

A celebration of your favourite Christmas songs joyfully 
blended with a background of Australian native 
birdsong and songs from the rainforest.

long white beaches, 
ancient sandy deserts, 
and wide flooded plains, 
all overflow with living things, 
but they do not share their secrets 
easily.
