This is a compilation put together by Go! Discs for charity and inspired by John Lennon's 7-day schedule for the release of 'Instant Karma' (record on Monday, press up on Tuesday, sleeve on Wednesday, etc.).  The same timescale was decided on for this compilation album, starting with the artists entering studios on September 4th, with the proceeds going to help starving Bosnian refugees.  Named after The Beatles' song, 'Help' seems a near impossible attempt at getting the biggest bands in the country to record exclusive songs and present them in a matter of days.  Crean did it from idea to hitting the shops in 6 days.

The tracklisting was available as a cut-out in NME magazine. No artist or track names printed on release.
