Made and printed in the EU. Comes in a golden cardboard slipcase to cover the standard jewel case inside. The slipcase has text to all three closed edges. The jewel case has a clear tray. Includes a 24 page staple bound booklet with tracklisting, biographies, screenshots from all movies and extra info. There is a fold-out section at the centre of the booklet. Track 22 is previously unreleased. The sleeve states that track 18 is 4:46, the actual duration is 3:30.
