Same number on the spine (S/4380-1-2), with "S-4380", "S-4381" and "S-4382" (largely still at left) on green 'strobe' labels. 44-page libretto included, featuring 1969 address combination. Only Side 5 has the catalogue number at right (a change made by WRC in late 1969).
