Second disc of a two-disc set issued in separate sleeves, which were (unusually) available separately upon initial release (however, this was not the case with reissues). "A Decca recording, issued exclusively by World Record Club." Australian WRC 1st pressing, sourced from original stampers and featuring unique sleeve art. Mono and stereo versions have an identical sleeve and the same number on the back (T/4143) - the mono version has "T-4143" on beige 'strobe' labels, while the stereo has "ST-4143" on green 'strobe' labels. Unusually for a WRC release at this stage, there is no printed "stereo" rosette on the back - for the stereo version, a small "S" sticker was placed on the front.
